General admissions require parents/guardians to complete and submit an application, along with a copy of the child's birth certificate and current immunization records.
Applications and an information packet can be obtained via email or through this link. The application process requires a scheduled interview with the Program Director and a brief assessment of the prospective child.

Child Care Assistance & Scholarships
EXCELSIOR CHILD CARE™️ proudly accepts eligible NYC child care assistance and scholarship benefits, including ACS and HRA. Families may use approved benefits toward eligible child care services, subject to program eligibility and authorization.

NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA)
Benefits & Family Assistance
The NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) provides access to a variety of assistance programs and services for New York City families, including SNAP, Cash Assistance, Medicaid, HEAP, Fair Fares, and Child Support Services. Families can use ACCESS HRA to apply for benefits, submit documents, check case information, and manage their benefits online.

Enjoy the convenience of paying your child‘s tuition on the go through the integration of Tuition Express® and MyProcare®. Families can access account balances and payment history at any time.
To log in the online payment portal:
- Enter your email address (the email you have on file with Excelsior Child Care) and choose Secure Login.
- Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, choose a password, and press Submit.
- Then you may:
View your child’s account and more.
Use the Pay button to make a payment with your card
Download the Procare app to get up-to-date information on your child's day.
